    Hi @ahnaffauzan, thanks for your message.

    It looks like the default container where the error message is designed to appear may have been altered or left blank in favour of custom HTML in your theme.

    In order to test this, I think the first thing to try would be disabling all plugins except for Wordfence, and using a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-One. If the error shows correctly, enable your plugins and theme one-by-one until it starts reoccurring and report back to me the point at which the display changes to the incorrect version again.
