    Hello
When I want to create a product as a vendor, Wordfence blocks this request – the “enabled and protecting” mode is set. But the only message that pops up is in the console: https://ibb.co/F4JmTfG When I set learning mode, I can add a product as a vendor. Admin can add product even in “enabled and protecting” mode. How can I enable this action for the vendor role?
    Thank you.

Hi @lukas22, thanks for reaching out with this issue.

When Learning Mode doesn’t work for issues like this, there may be a specific firewall rule being triggered by the product creation process. Since the user getting the error isn’t an admin, Wordfence can’t show them the prompt to allow bypassing the rule.

Your best option is to try again so that you have a fresh, recent timestamp to refer to at the top of your Live Traffic page where you should be able to now see the block – then click on it to expand the information. The rule WCFM Membership <= 2.9.10 Access Control Issue may be the cause explained there, so you could try temporarily turning it off in Wordfence > All Options > Firewall > Rules as long as you have a newer version of that plugin. If it isn’t the reason being given, are you presented with an “ALLOW PARAM TO FIREWALL ALLOWLIST” button? If so, you could try this which should perform the action a non-admin couldn’t.

If nothing above helps, let me know the information and specific block reason you’re seeing in Live Traffic so that I can try to find a solution for you.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
