wordfence blocking problem

    I use both wordfence and bps because you both approach security a bit different. I have made a custom idle session logout page which BPS administers. Wordfence is keeping the custom page from loading and forcing the bps default page to load which is not helpful to the logged in user. I suspect the firewall may be the issue. I have whitelisted the custom page but that does not seem to help.

    Can you help with how to solve this problem?
