This could have been down to IP detection on your site being misconfigured, so any legitimate reasons to block an IP is detecting theirs as that of your server. If you look up your public facing IP address at https://www.whatsmyip.org/ and visit Wordfence > Dashboard > Global Options > General Wordfence Options > How does Wordfence get IPs, does your current IP match what the site is reporting? If not, cycle through the options, do any of the values match your IP address? If so, make sure to click SAVE CHANGES if you have to alter this.
