Hi @adminadb, thanks for your question.

Most cases of mobile app issues we’ve seen have been because the WordPress app does not support Application Passwords, and can’t send Login Security information such as reCAPTCHA/2FA with each request. I’m not certain if the WooCommerce app may pose similar problems.

It might be worth turning on Learning Mode and access your site via the app again. This should teach the firewall the access attempt is normal and should be allowed in the future. Afterwards, return the firewall to “Enabled and Protecting”.

We have seen some behaviors where WooCommerce reCAPTCHA plugins have conflicted with Wordfence’s Login Security, but would need to confirm which plugins you’re using.

If Learning Mode hasn’t helped, drop us a diagnostic to wftest @ wordfence . com directly using the link at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,
    Peter.

hi, any informations to resolve the problem ? (i sended the report since 3 days)

Any update, i’m trying to resolve this issue also.

hello, i had the same problem. after updating wordfence, the app no ??longer works for me either. in live traffic, the app is classified as a bot and blocked, it’s really annoying.

for me under Wordfence -> “all options” -> “disable WordPress application passwords” (remove the hook) helped. Since then the Woocommerce app runs again…
