    Hi,

I believe this is a problem with the size of temporary data stored during a scan, related to the size of the data on your site and a setting on the database server.

Sometimes you can avoid the problem by turning on “Disable config caching”, and it may also help to remove any old plugins or that you’re not using, which decreases the size of the temporary data.

Our dev team is working on a permanent fix, but I don’t know when that will be finished yet, since there are other changes pending as well.

I had one issue like this last week and opted to upload the backup file via SFTP to the Ai1 backups folder and it launched fine.
