[Wordfence Alert] regarding upgrade not run

  • Even after i turned off the option to upgrade automatically i get the alert e.mails reporting it is not working and i need to change .htaccess regarding my LiteSpeed webbserver

    To preserve the integrity of your website we are not running Wordfence auto-update.
    You are running the LiteSpeed web server which has been known to cause a problem with Wordfence auto-update.

    well the problem is that i have disabled auto upgrade, but still get an alert mail.

    Ahh Gotcha.

    Let me research this and see what I can find.

    Hi Lars,

    Are you still receiving those emails? If so can you please go to your Wordfence options page and find out if auto-upgrade is still turned off or if it’s somehow reset?

    And make sure and disable config caching (on options page, towards bottom)

    I do still receive these messages. Also after removing cache for settings

    “This email was sent from your website “Malm? Arena Ekonomisk F?rening” by the Wordfence plugin at Monday 29th of September 2014 at 08:35:06 AM”

    Yes e-mail is about upgrade not running, BUT this time it is a sub site on the same (multisite) server.

    Sorry i thought i answered earlier. Yes it is turned OFF. So now the remainder is about the sub site, not on the actual man adress.

    Same problem on al my sites
