Wordfence 500 Error

When I install Wordfence, i experience two notable issues.
1) When I enter a correct user name my website goes to https://www.ruhacking.me/wp-login.php and the page, for whateve reason shows up blank. I have had to deactivate the plugin in order to fix the problem.
2) If the username and password are incorrect then the same thing will happen, redirect to a blank https://www.ruhacking.me/wp-login.php
