    Hello,
I have 2FA setup on a multisite via wordfence. I have all the roles checked under “Enable 2FA for these roles”. This seems to work fine for users that are added to the main site of the multisite (e.g., blog_id = 1). but if a user only has access to a subsite (e.g., blog_id = 10) their “2FA Status” reads “Not Allowed” and when I try to edit one of these users profile it says that 2FA is disabled.

If I take one of these users and also add them to the main site it works as expected.

How do you get 2FA to work on users not included in the main site?

    Thanks!

I went back and forth with support on this. tunred out to be a bug. you can fix, by unchecking roles in 2FA settings. save. then recheck roles. save. it was kinda buggy so some times it worked other times I had to only uncheck one. save. recheck. save. I would recommend just checking and unchecking, saving every time until you get it.
