Word press option is not displaying in Newsletter

    After installing the version 2.6.12 when I try to create a Newsletter and I drag and click in the option ‘WordPress post’ the screen that appears is totally white, there are no options to display (it just appears the option ‘Pages/Posts’ and ‘Published/draft,etc’. The same when I click in the ‘Themes tab’–>’Add more themes’ the screen that appears is completely white (I cannot see the themes) and when I click on ‘Premium themes’ the option is not clickable).

    I tried in different browser and in two different computers (browsers updated to the last version)

    Any advise plase? ??

    P.s I reinstalled the MailPoet plugin and the problem still appears.

    I’ve got it working somehow. Unfortunatelly I don’t know why…
    First I deactivated all other plugins. Result: MP still not working correct.
    Second step: Reinstalling MP. Still not working
    Third step: Activating all other plugins. And then I found out that MP was working again…
    So this is why I simply don’t know what the problem was.

    Hello again,

    I sent a message to https://support.mailpoet.com/ like 30 minutes ago (so maybe you can ignored it). But I just want to tell you that after deactivating some Plugins of my WP, the mailPoet plugin went back to the normality; but still I have some plugins that I want to use in my website and I cannot because MailPoet will stop working :p
