word press error

    I get this error in WordPress log and no products are synced to zettle from woo commerce
    PHP Warning: unlink(/tmp/zettle-queue-1.lock): No such file or directory in /home4/phoenji2/public_html/wp-content/plugins/zettle-pos-integration/modules/inpsyde-queue/src/Queue/FileBasedLocker.php on line 48
    also zetle says no connected features,but when i link woocommerce sas connected and it removes products in zettle but dose not sync items from woo.

    Unfortunately I am not able to help you since the error is not from our Zettle-plugin.

    No I am saying that the error is from another Zettle-plugin.

    Ok,

    Then I guess that you do also have the zettle-pos-integration plugin enabled? The error is coming from this one.

    now i am confused i want my woo products and price to sync to zettle so do i need your plugin plus this one https://inpsyde.com/ not zettle to woo ?

    Hi,

    You only need our plugin to do this. The error though implies that you have downloaded an alternate plugin. The plugin names are similar. Our plugin is named WooCommerce Zettle Integration.

    yes i have your plug in now i am going to set it up with a tempery zettle account to test when i know it is workin should i deactivate and remove the plugin and then start from fresh with the zettle account i want it all to work with ?
    btw you have been more helpful than just host and zettle.

    Ok,

    You can just download and connect to your temporary account for testing and then reconnect to the new zettle account later.
