word press database error?

    Hi there,

    So first I wanted to mention that I am using woocommerce and I’m having a problem with adding a product category BUT the error message is with word press? (but please let me know if this is not in the correct thread):

    This is the error message I continue to get on my products when I choose to add a category to the product.

    “WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘productmeta_categories’ in ‘where clause’]
    SELECT * FROM wp_drec_nm_personalized WHERE productmeta_categories IS NOT NULL”

    Does anyone know what it could mean or how to proceed in correcting the issue? I’m lost…

    Are both WordPress and WooCommerce updated to the latest versions?

    I would also suggest that you ask your question in the dedicated WooCommerce plugin support forum.

    Yep, I updated both of them a few days ago in hopes that that would resolve the problem.

    Thank you for the link I will have to do that.
