Word Limit Problem

Hello. I enjoy this plugin and use it on many sites. I have a problem on one. We use the “word limit” feature on the main testimonials page, but when we click the read more link, it goes to a page with just that testimonial, as it should, however the testimonial still has the word limit on it, and I’d like for people to click the read more so they can, you know, read more.
You can see what I mean here: https://www.onedogorganic.com/testimonials/ and click on the read more link, you get a single page testimonial, but the word limit is still in place.
What am I doing wrong?
