Put a content on Blog Sub-Heading field. Note : write a blank space to hide the default content.

I installed the theme and it seems to have this fixed, even if you delete the subheading from the customize panel.

In this case you should hide it with CSS:

.hu-blog-subheading {
	display:none;
}

Remember that you should use a child theme to keep your customizations safe when you update the theme.
