Wootique theme slider not working

  • I just installed a free theme called Wootique and it’s slider isn’t working at all, i tried everything by following the official documentation but it still does not working.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the person may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Where did you get the Wootique theme? I don’t see it in the WordPress theme repository:

    I ask because if the theme were in the WordPress theme repository, you could support a question via its own support forum.

    They don’t support for the free themes that’s why i came here

    Here’s the problem (and it’s not you) For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. That includes free themes that are not from this site, those count as commercial too.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums. Yes, it’s free but it still counts as commercial. They sell their support.

    For generic CSS support, then yes to a point you can ask for support here. But you’re having slider problems and those get complicated and are theme specific.

    Please consider using a theme that is actually supported in these forums. Or consider asking Woo directly how to get paid support on their site instead.
