WooThemes Flexslider stopped working on some computers/mobiles and okay on other

  • Sliders at the top of the page have been working since installed by a developer 6 years ago. On my laptop, the box is displayed with the spinning wheel and then goes away showing only the rest of the page. On my tablet and phone, it works fine. I maintain the website but I’m not too technical. Any suggestions appreciated.

  • Hi,

    The MetaSlider plugin uses FlexSlider behind the scenes, but your site isn’t using MetaSlider, it’s using FlexSlider on its own.

    But looking at the site, it looks like a server issue. You’re best option would be to contact your hosting company about it.
