Hi, I really liked the theme, and wanted to upgrade to the premium version but realized it’s blocking all custom field plugins.

I never had an issue with a theme blocking custom fields (on my site I provide personalized options for customers to write their name). When customers try to add products with personalization to their cart your theme blocks it, and it shows as “no product” in cart (the name is supposed to show up in the cart).

This is the first theme to ever cause me this issue. I disabled all plugins that is why I realized it was woostify that’s blocking any custom fields from working like they normally do.

Is there a way to stop your theme from blocking this? It also blocks any “direct checkout” plugin, and redirect to cart that I check on woocommerce. Your theme is blocking all of these from working is there a way for it to stop? For example if I check yes, for woocommerce to redirect to “cart page” your theme stops that from happening, if I get a plugin to redirect to the checkout page, your theme also blocks that.

I would like to stop this from happening as it causes a loss in conversions.

Hi! Could you try to disable Ajax add to cart feature on Customizer -> WooCommerce -> Shop single -> General -> Ajax single add to cart?
I believe it will work as normal.
    Cheers!

I temporarily rolled the theme back to a previous version and that fixed the issue.

I’ll turn switch that option off when I update the theme again.

    Thanks!
