WooServices doesn’t know how to add

    I am selling stickers. I have them listed at 0.5 oz each. I have a package in Woo Services defined with a “Weight of empty package” being 0.5oz, and a “Max weight of package and contents” of 17 oz. Packing Method is set to “Pack items together”. One would think that this package could hold 33 stickers (33 x 0.5 = 16.5oz), but it starts splitting them into two packages when I get to 17 stickers. Please advise.

    Can you share the dimensions of the sticker product and the box you’re putting them in? Thanks!

    They are 6.5″ wide, 6.5″ tall and .25 thick. The box is 12 x 10 x 4 in

    Hello @bublitzcreative,

    It looks like the reason WooCommerce Services splits your shipment into 2+ packages at 17 is the height of the products and the size of your box. At 1/4″ thick, only 16 products can stack within 4″. Since the box is 12 x 10, there isn’t enough room to put a second stack of products, hence 16 per box.
