WooRewards integration not working

    Hi,

    The last update says it’s fixed the WooRewards compatibility issue, but I’ve played around with it and have not been able to get WR loyalty points for the reviews posted.

    Edit: I just noticed that the “Filter by Rating” feature is an addon. The WooRewards issue remains though

    It should be working now in v7.0.

    Hi,

    It now works when the reward is a static amount of loyalty points. But when I use a formula to give different amounts of points according to membership levels, it is still not working :/

    Please post some screenshots of your WooRewards formula settings.

    I know the formula format is correct because it works with CusRev reviews plugin

    Thanks, I’ll do some tests. Are you using WooRewards Pro or the free WooRewards plugin?

    I just tested the integration using the following formula for the points: = (2 + 2) * 3 and the points were given as expected.

    WooRewards only allows points to be given one time when a product is reviewed. Before processing the points, WooRewards checks the following:

    1. Is this an anonymous user? (if yes, skip)
    2. Has this user already reviewed this Post ID? (if yes, skip)
    3. Is this a review? (if no, skip)
    4. Is this a product being reviewed? (if no, skip)
    5. Is a purchase required and was a product not ordered? (if yes, skip)
    6. Okay, ready to process the points…

    Maybe you already reviewed the product and that’s why your formula didn’t work?

    Thanks for the quick reply. I deleted the action from my WooRewards points actions list, re-added it and now it seems to work. Cheers ??
