Woopress or Zingiri: option "I'll send a bill" instead of payment options

Hi,

I want to make a simple webshop by integrating order forms for the products in the pages of a wordpress site. I dont want the buying process to end with paying by creditcard, Paypal, etc. Instead, I want to send the customer a bill, which they can pay by bant transfer.
Do the webshop plugins Woocommerce and Zingiri have these basic options, or do you have to build a complete webshhop with payment options as last step?

Of course the shop has to be able to handle multiple purchases etc.
