Woopop not generating invoices after ordr

Hello, I have been using the free tier of your product to try it with the idea of buying it but I have been having problems.
I have set everything in the settings and I see the new fields in the checkout but when I complete the checkout and go to then panel no invoice is generated and I don’t receive any document in the email.
