    I have UK based Woopayments account

    All payment methods active but there is no option to activate Klarna and afterpay, how to avtivate them?

    Woopayments is commercial service and there should be separate online support center for Woopayments users, not post our problems in public

    kindly provide a support contact link or email for woocommerce payments

    According to the plugin page here
    https://woocommerce.com/products/woopayments/
    the support is taken over by WooCommerce. On the page you will also find a link to create a ticket for your question.

    But you know what? guys on the forum reply much more faster, you reply to my topic in few minutes after posting, I created the ticket 4 hours ago and no reply until now

    Can you imagine??? More than 4 hours and no reply!!!
    Guys on Shopify payments always on chat waiting time 3 or 4 minutes

    When Should I receieve a reply to my ticket?

    Ticket #6762576 still pending almost 10 hours, am not asking support for free service, Woopayments is commercial business and you must give it some priority

    That user must not and has nothing to do with that plugin at all. They provided that information to you out of the goodness of their heart.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
