    hi support,

i just moved my site from staging to live. woopayments was previously linked in the staging and so, i received the safe mode message. i opted for transfer your connection but the changes did not reflect on my live site https://paste.pics/RJX41. upon checking, woopayments is still active on my staging site. does it take awhile for the transfer to reflect? how long does it take?

i have tried clearing woopayment’s cache, update woocommerce database and updated the involved woocommerce plugins.

will resetting the signup process solve this issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @luc333,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re having trouble displaying payment methods after making your site live from a staging site.

Normally, the changes in transferring your connection should reflect immediately after the transfer process.

However, it’s also important to note that sometimes, due to server or caching issues, there might be a delay. It’s good that you’ve already tried clearing the cache on your end and updating the WooCommerce database and plugins.

If the issue persists, I would recommend you to disconnect WooPayments from your staging site and then re-connect it on your live site. This should force the system to update the connection status.

Let us know if this helps solve the issue.

    hi @ckadenge

thx for replying. how do i disconnect woopayments from staging? is it simply disabling payment and uninstalling the plugin?

Update: I tried disabling the woopayments in the payment settings and deactivating it on the live site but the issue is still persisting. woopayments is deactivated in the staging site as well.

    Hi @luc333

Was your staging site connected in live mode, test mode, or Sandbox mode? If it wasn’t sandbox mode, please contact us at Woo.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.

    hi @shameemreza thanks for replying.

i think the issue was bc the live site didn’t have an active SSL. i updated it and woopayments is now working at checkout.

thanks for you and the team’s time and effort
