Woopayments plugin error

    Everytime in my woocommerce plugin settings under the “payments tab” on my WordPress, when I try and attempt to enable “WooPayments?–?Credit card / debit card” a message in a black rectangular box on the bottom left on my screen pops up and says “error retrieving all deposits’ overviews” and I cant figure out how to fix it. I have tried everything Hostinger AI and Troubleshooting has advised me to do to fix the issue and its still not fixed. So the next step of advisement by Hostinger was to contact you directly. Can you please fix this issue for me or tell what I need to do to fix it?

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with enabling WooPayments on your site!

    Does this only happen when enabling WooPayments, or are you running into issues enabling other payments methods, too? Also, are you seeing any browser console errors when trying to enable WooPayments? You can read more about?using your browser console to identify errors here

    Can you please share the following with us here:

    • System Status Report: You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for Support.
    • Fatal Error Log: Please share any fatal error logs (if any) found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs
    • Screenshot: Please share a clear screenshot of the error you’re seeing.
