    Hi there!

I’m setting up my WooCommerce plugin for the first time on my Elementor website and have gotten just about to the point where I can go live with it, I just needed to verify my business bank account on Stripe Express first. This was a little over a month ago as I waited for the first bank statement to come through, so in the meantime I believe the Payment API auto-disabled and temporarily disabled my deposits. Right now it’s stuck under an “Under Review” status now that my Stripe account is fully verified. I wanted to reach out to see if there was anything I was missing from my end or if there might be a bug in how the process went.

Here’s a link to my current system report for reference, and then a screenshot of the errors I’m seeing on the Payment page. Clicking on Edit Details will open a new tab and try to load the dashboard for a few seconds before bringing me back to the Payments page with a red error banner: screenshot. Oddly enough, no noticeable error logs under WooCommerce > Logs.

    Other Troubleshooting methods I’ve tried:

    • Attempted deactivating the WooCommerce plugin to see if I could possibly start the integration from scratch but the “Deactivate” option was fully greyed out.
    • Reconfigured my Stripe account settings through WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Settings and verified the Webhooks from yellow status to green
    • Cleared cache using LightSpeed Cache (Toolbox > Purge All)

Hi again, @theburd! Thanks for opening a thread in the proper forum! ??

However<span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>, as mentioned in my?previous reply, have you checked?this guide?yet</span>? Since this issue is related to an account rather than the plugin itself, I recommend you go through it. You’ll find troubleshooting steps there and a link to open a ticket directly with the WooPayments team to learn more about your account status if needed.

    Cheers!
