Woommerce Tax per Product per State

Ok, tricky tax question. We have a number of supplements for sale on our website and a new apparel line. With the apparel specifically, we need to tax our shirts strictly for the state of Florida. That tax shouldn’t apply to any other products. This seems impossible to do inside of Woocommerce and hoping for some help.
