• Hi!

    I use the Woomail-email customizer plugin to customize my email. I have a license for it.

    I created my webshop on my subdomain and am trying to customize my emails, but it writes this error when I want to save the customize email:

    Requied failed: PLS check logs in the plugin’s folder

    And does not save changes.

    Can someone help me?

    Have you done that? And what did you find?

    As you’re using a commercial plugin, please contact the plugin’s vendor for help.

    WordPress support volunteers are not given access to commercial plugins, so we’re unable to download and install this “Woomail-email customizer” plugin and help you troubleshoot it.
