    Hi there

    WooLentor is no longer working properly. If you go to my store and click on any product, the variant price selection has disappeared, so you cannot make purchases, the same thing happens on my home page too.

    I deactivated all my plugins one by one to discover the issue with the WooLentor plugin.

    I think you have somehow missed including the “Add to Cart” button widget on the template you built for the single product page.

    Could you please check the template and make sure if the widget is there?

    Also, please check if the action button for the “Universal Product Layout” widget is disabled. If so, make sure to keep that option enabled. Here is a screenshot for your convenience https://tppr.me/YF7K8

    Hi Tarek

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

    I’m not using and don’t want to use the single product page. Everything was working perfectly for weeks with the visible dimensions drop-down selection and basket button, what has changed?

    When I disable Woolentor, visitors can select their dimensions and add items to the basket.

    Even though you are not interested in using a template for the single product page, the page you shared with us seems to be built using a template.

    The template has some widgets added to it, except the “Add to Cart” widget. Here is a screenshot for you to understand: https://tppr.me/fSHIb

    Could you please check the page shown in the screenshot below and see if a template has been assigned somehow for the single product page?
