    Hello,

    First of all, I would like to inform everyone who will see this topic that Woolentor constantly deletes request tickets from their website even when creating a login. –> 2 Help Request Tickets were deleted because I simply didn’t get a Pro version while most of their plugins can be used for free. Small disappointment at this level of customer service quality.

    The problem:
    I have installed Woolentor Universal Product (for my online store) and would like to know two things:

    1) Why doesn’t the Shopping Cart icon show up? What can I do to fix this?
    2) I can’t fully change the colors of the arrows to change the slideshow (ring, some hover, etc). Why can’t I do this?
    3) I find the display of the items much too large. How can I make them smaller?

    Furthermore, WooLentor never deletes any tickets. Please create a ticket and let us know the ticket number.

    I just recently updated woolentor and while using carousel(slider) of happy addons, my site is showing error i.e (Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘add’ of null).
    all the images of slider are showing vertically.
    When I deactive the woolentor the slider seems to work well.
    Please help me out in fixing the issue.
