Wooframework in my own theme

  • Wooframework uses GPLv3
    Is it possible for me to include it in my theme that I wish to add to the www.remarpro.com theme repository?
    My theme would also be developed under GPLv3 or later.

    Also is it okay to leave the woo branding, or is it necessary to be overwritten?
