WOOF conflict with Dokan account registration

Hi, I’ve just noticed that with WOOF and Dokan activated, users cannot register for an account on my website. The register button doesn’t do anything, and the “I am a vendor” radio button does not make the extra fields appear. If I deactivate WOOF, everything returns to normal. If I deactivate Dokan, then users can register as a customer through WooCommerce, but I lose my multivendor functionality. Any ideas?
