Woof Category link from Single Page

On single product pages the category link (in the product detail) goes to eg https://mysite.com/product-category/clothing-and-accessories/. I need it to go to the woof category filter page ie https://mysite.com/stock/?swoof=1&product_cat=clothing-and-accessories
Is there a way to do this please?
