    Hello,

I tried configuring WOOF for the category showing but my categories do not show at all. Other attributes work normally, but there seems to be a problem with displaying categories.

There are around 50 categories (subcategorized) so maybe that is the problem?

Anyway, how can I fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello

On the category(taxonomy) page, the filter shows only child categories(taxonomies)

This is a very logical behavior. On the category page, you can show ONLY products that belong to the category OR child category. It makes sense to show only child categories( of the current category ), because clicking on any other category will always give zero products )

I don’t agree. This is not a standard e-commerce site behaviour. Suppose I have 1 parent category Clothing with sub-categories, Footwear with sub-categories and I want to filter products from the sub-categories of both. Why i can’t do this?

Is it not programmatic ally possible? MYSQL OR condition can do that I think?

The sidebar filter should work independently no matter what category or sub-category is clicked.
