Woodojo Maintenance Mode Can't log in

I set my site on Maintenance Mode using the Woodojo plugin and now I can’t get back into my site. When I put in the name of the site/admin I do not have access to the admin area. I just get the message that the site is in maintenance mode. Does anyone know how I can get in? Is my site lost forever? I’m a newbie, so I don’t know how to get to FTP that I saw mentioned on a previous thread or even what that means. Help!
