Woocoomerce very slow

  • Hi. My products page load very slow if I disable the plugin woocommere and product pages work very well. Can you check if the plugin has a problem with the new WC versions? I have the last WC version and the problem start 2 or 3 month ago.

    Hey there, can I ask how many products you have? And are you saying your main product page takes a long time to load, or are you saying the page where you put the WooCommerce My Downloads Shortcode on take a long time to load?

    If it is your product page taking a while to load, this plugin does not do anything with that functionality. This plugin only handles functionality when you put the shortcode [woocommerce-my-downloads]

    Hi Matt. I have more than 1300 products but I use the shorcode [woocommerce-my-downloads-button id=PRODUCT_ID] to display only the download related to this product, not all downloads. I understund if I list 1300 donwloads the page will be slow the stranger is the button show only the product id download…
