    Hi,
    When I make an order on my website, the admin is getting the message approving the order instantly, but the on-hold gets like 10 minutes on being sent. Why is that?

    The “Completed” emails that are sent when the admin approves an order, are automatically too, as the admin ones.

    Someone told me about a plugin cold “WP Crontrol” that can help me, but no idea if it will fix that

    If I understand correctly, it looks like that you have a plugin that allows you to approve the orders before processing, and the on-hold orders confirmation emails take longer for being delivered in general.

    First, are you able to confirm if that also happens without this plugin for approving the order? It looks like that this plugin can be related to that.

    Could you share your current System Status Report? You can get it by navigating to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status. Once there, click on the “Get system report” button and then copy it by clicking on the “Copy for support” button.
