• We are trying to set up Coupons. When we go to create a coupon, I see this error:

    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    What permission or what role do we have wrong?

    We are using WordPress adding from DiscountAsp.net

    The page requires you to be logged in.

    @tanaydas03 If you can offer supprot do so only through these forums. Do not ask anyone to give you access to their site for any reason.

    @tvb2727 as said in the forum guidelines (link given you above) noone on our forums will ask for access to your site, and if someone will – dont give them.

    I think we figured it out.

    We had permissions for Administrators that were unchecked on the role settings page. We are not sure which permission that was because we just start to click things. My co-worker was trying to fix JetPack, and went to Members plugin and roles for Administrators. She just granted all items and one she clicked fixed it?

    If anyone knows which item we need to grant within the roles, that would help!

    Also, maybe just checking the roles, updating the code to fix the issue we were having?
