I’ve just made my site live from Dev and was checking everything. Two things have happened with Woocommerce:
    1. The customers section is now displaying the message – There was an error getting your stats. Please try again.
    2. The Home page on Woo is now displaying the inbox message with grey boxes instead of the text. Like a redacted document. The two buttons are the same also.

    Hey @mattfunction!

When you from dev to live, what changes were made on the site? If the domain was changed, was it also updated under Settings > General > WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL)?

Something in the change may have broken the analytics data. Try clearing the analytics cache under WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear.

Let us know how that works for you!

    Hi there.

Yep I changed the Site URL from https://www.website.com/dev to https://www.website.com
    Wordpress URL remains https://www.website.com/dev

Thought it might be something to do with that though never built a shop before.

Cleared the Cache and still the same ??

    Any other thoughts?

    Many thanks

Just incase anyone gets this issue when they move a site url as explained and no customer data is showing. The fix is as follows.

    Goto>Analytics>Settings>

At the bottom is says ‘Import Historical Data’. Click that and hey presto all fixed.

i have the same issue, but nothing seems to work

    me too
