woocommerce_shop_loop hook not working

Hi!

I need to solve a layout where is a content between the product rows on Product Archive page.

I have found this guide: https://woofocus.com/add-content-to-woocommerce-product-loop/
but the woocommerce_shop_loop is not called on the product archive page so the code dont work.
I use the Archive Products element from Elementor.

Hooks like: woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item are working but the woocommerce_shop_loop is not.

Any suggestions?
