I’m back!! I was here with an issue involving missing variations tab when adding new products in woocommerce. That issue itself was never resolved. I’m having to build a whole new website just to add variable products now.

Ok, so the newest issue with my new website is that upon checkout there’s a red highlighted error message that says “Payment configuration mismatched for the following fields Billing Zip”

After inputting shipping/billing details, (correct ones) it won’t allow the user to go to the next page to enter credit card details.

What is going on with that woocommerce plugin? Is there a way to disable that? I am not a fan of woocommerce! Ugh!

  • Hello there,

Sorry to hear about what happened.

To check this issue much better please provide the following:

    * Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    * A copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Be sure to paste it here in your response.

    Hello there
There isn’t any logs. I am fed up with woocommerce. It’s a subpar fatal error pain in the azz plugin that I have deleted entirely from my website! I also deleted all of its lingering files from my C-Panel backend! How sneaky they are to leave core and root files in a WP website after a user deletes their plugin.

I will NEVER use woocommerce for any website! and I would highly advise people to not use that error prone junk of a plugin!

WooHoo!! I have discovered and installed the WordPress Ecwid E-commerce plugin!!! and it is absolutely AMAZING!!!! NO issues – NO error messages – absolutely flawless functionality and I would highly recommend it to people who are sick and tired of Woocrapcommerce!

    Hi there,

While I understand this is a frustrating issue, I highly recommend avoiding the use of offensive language.

It is difficult to check the issue further without the requested information (you redact any sensitive information since this is a public forum), if you can provide us with more information we will be happy to assist.

In the meantime I recommend you to perform a conflict test:
You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.`

    Thanks.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Feel free to create a new topic if you need assistance with anything else.
