WooCommerce x YITH Proteo issue

    Hi support,

    We have a problem on a live website with YITH Proteo: we’re facing some bugs with WooCommerce, promotional codes and cart view. If we try to insert a promo code, sometimes the system will say “promotional code applied successfully” but then won’t show any discount.
    Also when we try to remove products from cart, sometimes it just doesn’t work. Is this ever happened to anyone? How can we check at a deeper level and maybe figure out if is there any code issue?

    Hi there,
    no issue reported so far for this specific topic… are other plugins about coupons or discounts in the site?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer. Actually we’re using this plugin to manage discounts: YITH Dynamic Pricing and Discounts

    Woocommerce is the only plugin we have that is able to manage coupons.

    Yes I think that the plugin may be involved. I can see you are using the premium version of it. So please open a support request to the YITH site and the premium plugin team will surely investigate and help you ??
