WooCommerce & WooTheme Simplicity major image bug

I’m running WooThemes Simplicity with WooCommerce both up to date, first tested with no other plugins running and have not been successful in getting WooCommerce to control the size of the product images or thumbnails & also they are all very blurry.

Every time I change the settings in WC>settings>catalog I delete the photos and re-upload them and there are no changes on the front-end to the images. The theme is controlling the photos I’m guessing.

I would just like all product photo thumbnails to show as 150px on every page until you click the photo on the single product page and then it enlarge to full 700px inside lightbox.
Seems that it’s not to much to ask from a “WooCommerce Theme” (according to WooThemes website)… Should be plug & play :/

Any help would be AMAZING as I’m like everyone else and loosing money as a result of this issue.
