Woocommerce/WooPayments Settings Disappeared Inside Admin

To troubleshoot further, could you please ensure that your WooCommerce and WooPayments plugins are updated to their latest versions? Specifically, make sure you’re using WooCommerce 9.4.2 and WooPayments 8.5.1.

Additionally, I noticed you shared a screenshot of WooCommerce → Home. To help us investigate further, could you confirm if you’re able to access the WooCommerce → Status section? If so, please share the necessary information from there for further analysis.

• System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
• Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

thank you for your help. I am using the latest versions of the plugins. That is correct, WooCommerce and WooPayments home screens are blank. All of the WooPayments settings are blank as well. I am able to access the WooCom status screen and will paste below

I am seeing this WooCommerce error in the logs

I am also seeing this error in logs for Printful Plugin. However when I disable the Printful plugin, I am still experiencing the issues with WooCommerce and WooPayments

Thank you for sharing the warning and error details. The warning “Empty patterns received from the PTK Pattern Store” has already been fixed in version 9.4.0.

However, I can see that the WooCommerce database version is still outdated, which is causing the issue. Could you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, locate the Update WooCommerce Database section, and click the Update button?

Additionally, please ensure that you clear or reset the following options:

• Clear template cache – Clear
• Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
