We’re using the hCaptcha for WP plugin on a WooCommerce site of ours to mitigate carding attacks. Under the Integrations settings, we have the following WooCommerce features enabled:

    • Checkout Form
    • Login Form
    • Lost Password Form
    • Register Form

We’re also using WooPayments, which provides express checkout options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When attempting to use the express checkout options, users encounter the error:
    “Please complete the hCaptcha.”

However, no hCaptcha is ever presented for them to complete.

Is this a known issue with the plugin, or is there a workaround to resolve this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Our plugin does not support WooPayments so far. We will try to add it in the next release.

Please keep in mind, that if you use Stripe, you do not need to add hCaptcha to the payment form. Every Stripe payment form already contains invisible, 99.9% passive hCaptcha of Enterprise level. It is provided by Stripe system by itself.

I have installed WooPayments and configured it. No such problem on my test site. Could you provide a link to the page with the problem?

Also, please read the answer to the similar issue, it may help.

    Many thanks.
