Woocommerce without prices and payment

Hi I sell ducks for x-mas and the price is individual for each duck I sell (price depends on exact weight of the duck). I need a shop with information about the price pr. kg, ie. 100 DKR/kg. And my customers can order ducks in different sizes (ie. from 3.0-3.4 kg and 3.5-3.9 kg), but the exact prise is first known when the customer physically come to pick up their ducks. So I need a shop where the customer can reserve ducks in different sizes (intervals) and choose from 3 different days to pick it up and pay cash when they pick it up. But in WooCommerce the price has to be given and the total amount is calculated, but can I turn that off? It may seem strange to have a shop with no prices and payment, but thats what I need for my business, actually just a plugin to be able to place an order and get an order confirmation, and then do the actual trading physically afterwards:-) Anyone who can help?
