WooCommerce with Email

We have a WooCommerce site. We will have a list of WooCommerce customers, prospects that have contacted us, and a prospect waiting list. We want to be able to email this list of about 1000 contacts with information a few times a year. We are thinking of using WooCommerce Follow Ups plugin, Awesome Support plugin for pre-sales and support questions, and Mailchimp for WordPress plugin to capture newsletter sign ups. This seems very complex and disjointed, is there a better way to accomplish this?
