• Hi!

We are using WooCommerce WishLists on https://huma.dk/favoritter and as the rest of the site is in english, must this part of the page also be in Danish.

The plugin does not have any .po files from start, but the strings show up corretly in Loco Translate. However, does nothing happen, when you click the “save” and “sync” buttons.

Site language is set to danish under WP settings / generel.

Does anyone have an idea about what could cause the issue?

    Best Regards

    Blucher

    Hi Tim

Thanks for your reply. It’s a payed plugin, so I don’t want to share a download link by public. Please send me your mail address to kontakt (-a-) emil-blucher.dk then I’ll provide you the files.

    Regards

The files you sent me contain translation files generated by Loco, so I’m not sure what you mean when you say nothing happens when you click “save”. Obviously something happened for these files to exist and you should have seen a green success notification.

Forget about the sync button for now. You won’t need that unless the source code changes.

Despite not shipping with a POT file and not containing the /lang/ directory that it claims to use, I don’t have any issue translating this plugin.

Side note: make sure your global languages directory at wp-content/languages/plugins is writeable so files are saved in there. You don’t want to save files in the plugin’s own directory, unless you are its author.
