    Hi,

I was trying to set a trigger to send a whatsapp message to customers after product purchases.

While setting the flow, I used the “@billing phone” but it carries a phone number of one of the customers.

When a test is done or a product is purchased, it is sent to the number with the “@billing phone” instead of the user that purchased the product.

    See screenshot below; https://prnt.sc/TCZv9NZcl7hv

What can be done to fix this?

    Hi @olammyju ,

    Thank you for reaching out!

From the screenshot you provided, it looks like you have correctly mapped the billing phone field in the WhatsApp action, which makes it dynamic. This means the phone number is pulled directly from the customer’s billing information during each purchase.

To fix the issue, when purchasing a product for testing, ensure that you’re using a different phone number for the new customer. The template message will then be sent to that specific number, as it is mapped dynamically based on the purchase.

Let us know if you need further assistance!

    Hi,

Apologies for the late in response.

I had the chance to check the setup again, it still didn’t work.

The notification was sent to the number in the screenshot that I’ve sent before, which can also be found below:

What can be done to solve this please?
