The thing Is that there Is conflict with woocommerce AND wepos, and every time someone makes an order, in woocommerce, it appears as completed. Then, the custommer has problems too, because its order appears like its having trouble (the custommer receives an error message). I dont know how to Solve it.

  • Hello @rociocalivar ,

I have test on my local site but I did not find any issue. wePOS totally depends on WooCommerce so it is fully compatible.

If a customer comes to the shop, purchases something, and then goes to the cashier to pay, then the cashier will count the items’ prices and calculate them through wePOS. This is the scenario wePOS works best. So, since the customer purchases something, it will be completed naturally because the customer will pay instantly on the cash counter. That is why the WooCommerce order shows completed.

If you could elaborate a little bit more on your query then it would be easy for me to understand the issue and I could provide you with proper guidance.

    Best Regards!

Hi, i’ll try to explain better. Pardon my english.

Every time someone makes an order, it appears this message: error processing your order. In spanish: “error procesando el pedido. Por favor, inténtelo nuevamente”. The custommers try to finish the order again, AND every time they try, woocommerce finishes the order again, AND again, and every order is shown as completed, with different order numbers. I don’t know how to Solve it. I tried to erase the plugin we pos, but every time it Is activated, this problem occurs.

    Hello @rociocalivar ,

This could have happened because of a plugin/theme conflict issue. To avoid this type of conflict you have to check for the plugin conflict.

Deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and wePOS. Select a default theme, such as: twenty twenty. Then try to use the “View POS” dashboard of the POS and make a sale. If the sale happens successfully then navigate to the WooCommerce > Orders and find that latest sale you have made with wePOS. This indicates that the wePOS is working perfectly.

Also, try to purchase a product from your marketplace. If you can purchase without any issue then this is probably an issue of another plugin or theme installed on your site.

Let me know the result of your conflict checking.

    Best Regards!
