Woocommerce Weight & Dimensions not coming across

  • Hi,

    We have switched couriers over to Sendle, but are having issues with the parcel size and weight. While the Plugin appears to be providing live quotes OK, the package size and Weight isn’t showing in the Sendle Dashboard, when we click ‘Send Parcel’. We are forced to manually add the weight and dimensions?

    Further more, we are getting the following error in the Woocommerce Order, in the ‘Sendle Shipment Options’ field;

    Sendle Order Status: yet to post
    There seems to be error while submitting please create shipment once more.

    Please can you help us get this working as we will soon have a backlog of orders we cannot process.
